Environmental Expo to be held tonight

Texas High is to host an Environmental Expo in the Math and Science Center tonight from 5-7 p.m. This is the second year the AP Environmental Science class will be hosting the event.   “By showcasing sustainable living all under one roof, this event allows students to see what they are studying in class and how it applies to the real world,” science teacher Kelly Rowland said. “After much success with showcase eco-minded area businesses.”   The event is open to the public and will host over 40 vendors...

Usually held within the the first three weeks of the new school year, the week is dedicated to recruiting new students into the clubs the school offers.
