Q. What is your favorite part about being in drill team?
A:
My favorite thing about drill team is that everyone knows and cheers for the drill team; that’s why I like it so much. Everyone loves us and I think that it’s awesome that I’m on drill team. I really consider it an honor.

Q: How did you feel when you heard your name called as Highstepper of the Week?
A:
At first, I didn’t even know they called my name, until Mallory and Hillary started screaming for me. But after that, I was super excited and just couldn’t believe it.

Q: What is your favorite type of drill team dance?
A: I like jazz because that’s what I’m best at, and I love hip-hop because I feel so cool when I do it.

Q: Describe your favorite moment while being on drill team.
A:
When I was dancing after I found out that I was Highstepper of the week, it was one of the best feelings in the world. I was so happy. I probably looked stupid because I was smiling so big.

Q: Why do you think the officers chose you as the member of the week?
A:
I was working hard on these pep rally dances and I made both of them; I was just really peppy. I really wanted to be in all the dances, and I guess it showed.
