As a THS alum, Class of 1981, and a former journalism student under Mrs. Connie Penny, I am so proud to see that the tradition of excellence in the THS journalism department is stronger and better than ever. I honestly believe that this tradition started in the late ’70s and early ’80s under Mrs. Penny, and I am proud to have been a part of it all.
Quite frankly, I am blown away by the newspaper! The Tiger Times is one of the best papers I have seen anywhere, student or otherwise! TigerVision is outstanding as well. You should all be very proud.
Congratulations on working so hard and for representing my school so well. I am proud to be a Tiger.
