Mariel Galvan is a first-year staff photographer for Tiger Times. Mariel loves listening to music like rock, Bad Bunny and Chappell Roan. She is involved in the Model United Nations team, TAFE, Leader In Me, National Honor Society and Publications. Mariel plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin and major in biochemistry. She is trilingual and plays guitar in her free time.Â
