Japanese restaurant to open soon

Former Lee’s China owners, sisters Jung and En Kim, will open a new Japanese teriyaki restaurant later this month. Kyoto Teriyaki will be located at 3524 State Line Ave. and feature chicken, beef, shrimp, pork and fried rice dishes.

DIY insulin

With the price of a vial of insulin skyrocketing to about $250, a group of scientists for the Open Insulin Project are working to formulate a DIY version of the drug and then distribute the directions to the public.
