Mother’s Day is coming up and that mean present shopping. If you don’t want to give her the usual Mother’s Day store bought bouquet and chocolates this year, try a handmade gift. These thoughtful DIY Mother’s Day gifts are easy to make and easy on the wallet.

DIY Photo Candle

Celebrate your mom with one or two photo candles. Add a family picture to a plain store bought candle that’ll make your mom light up. This can be used for a thoughtful centerpiece or just a piece of decor.

DIY K-Cup Bath Bomb

Reuse your Keurig cups at least once with this simple, fun kitchen craft. Lavender oil (can be purchased at any supermarket) gives these mini bath bombs calming properties, while epsom salt helps soothe sore muscles and stuffy noses.

DIY Blooming Monogram

This spring decor will warm up your house with vibrant flowers that’ll certainly make your mom’s heart bloom. This blooming beauty will freshen up any space in your home. Take the initial of your mom’s first name, cut out the letter on a piece of cardboard and place real or fake flowers on top of the cut out.
