Long flowing dresses, crisp black tuxes, and luxurious stretch limos are all a part of a night upperclassmen will never want to forget.

Texas High will be hosting this year’s long-anticipated prom at the Truman-Arnold Center on May 14. The dance festivities will begin at 8 p.m. and Project Celebration will follow, lasting from 12-4 a.m. Tickets will be sold at all lunches for $40. Guest forms for dates coming from other schools can be found in the front office.

With the school year winding down, this night will serve as a one final hoorah for the seniors.“I’m most excited about just having a blast with all my friends,” senior Samantha Shoalmire said. “It’s our last dance together and I know I’m going to make the most out of it and enjoy every second.”

As the cast of High School Musical so eloquently put it, it will be a night to remember.
