Fifteen Below Rolled Ice Cream is set to officially open doors next week at 2700 Richmond Road Suite 2, Texarkana, Texas. 

Rolled ice cream is a Thai dessert prepared by pouring its liquid form onto a frozen surface. When ready, the treat is then rolled as opposed to being served in the typical ice cream shape.

“I’m really excited for the rolled ice cream shop to open in Texarkana because I’ve had it once before, and it was really good,” sophomore Aasna Pokhrel said.
