Catie Loomis, Editor-in-Chief
Catherine Loomis is a third-year THS publications student and a new Editor-in-Chief of the Newspaper alongside her close friend Kunan. When Loomis isn’t writing, running, or reading, she likes to tan and go on side quests with her best friends. Loomis dabbles in all subjects and enjoys a well-rounded education given to her at Texas High School. Loomis runs Cross Country, Track and Field, and swims on occasion. Loomis is a three-time UIL Regional Qualifier in Cross Country, a two-time state qualifier in DECA, and a silver key scholastic writing award winner. Loomis is the Secretary of the Science club and DASH coordinator of STUCO. She is excited for Senior year and plans to go to THE University of Arkansas(GO HOGS) for public health to become an internal medicine doctor. XOXO, your fav EIC.
