Four band students earned placement in the combined Region 4 & 21 All-Region Orchestra. The auditions were held at Longview High School on Nov. 17. The students are Claire Howard, piccolo; Bass Deese, trumpet; Caylon Nicholas, bass trombone; and Joe Quinnelly, percussion.
They will participate in a clinic in Tyler on Dec. 3 and Longview on Dec. 4, followed by a concert at 4:30 p.m. in Longview High School’s new performing arts center.
