Texas High Prom tickets for the “Masquerade Ball” will be available for purchase Feb. 4,. The Prom will take place Saturday, April 9, at 8 p.m. at the Truman Arnold Center at Texarkana College. Following the “Masquerade Ball,” at 1 a.m. Project Celebration will take place at the Tiger Center of Texas High School.
