Tiger Times

Aislyn Echols
Aislyn Echols is a sophomore and first-year staff writer for the Tiger Times. She enjoys time alone with her pets and close friends. She’s an absolute weirdo and anime-loving nerd. Aislyn intends to travel to Paris, France (never Paris, Texas) and explore as much of the world as possible. Music, animals, art, movies, books and writing are some of her favorite things in life. Her constant fear and paranoia have never stopped her deep and passionate love of anything scary, gross, horrifying or creepy. She plans on going to college at the University of Houston with a minoring in journalism and majoring in Biomedical Engineering. With a deep loathing of cucumbers, okra, bananas and sunlight, Aislyn plans to move back to her home state of Rhode Island after college.
